services include a Search and Copy Request for
copies of specific legal materials. The service
is provided at $2.00 per item searched and $2.00
per item copied plus 15 cents per page. Two self-service
copiers and four computers are available for the
patrons. The library also provides unlimited on-line
access to legal research on Lexis and Westlaw.
Access outside the flat rate plan is charged to
user. The computers can also be rented to use
other non-legal programs at $2.00 per 15 minutes.
CIRCULATION POLICY
Borrowing privileges are limited to Guam Bar Association
Members only. Library materials circulate for
