ROOM RESERVATION INFORMATION
Non-reserved use: Conference Room may be used as a "non-quiet" study area, conferences,
dictating, etc. if not on reserved.
Reservations: The conference rooms may also be reserved for meetings, depositions and other private use.
No charge for educational or non-profit groups.
Conference Room
Charges:
$15 / hour (minimum);
$35 / half day (up to 4 hours)
$70 / full day.
A 50% deposit is required for reservation. Deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled with minimum of 48 hours notice to the library.
Full payment is required on date of use.
